SSPRA GENERAL ELECTION 25 APRIL 2015




SSPRA members who participated in the general election of new SSPRA leaders, held at Mwanjonde Lecture theatre B4 on 25th-4-2015. The election of new executive was aiming to get Chairperson of SSPRA, Vice chairperson, General Secretary, Public Relations Manager, Vice Public Relations Manager,Treasurer and vice Treasurer. There was an official launching of the Constitution for Public Relations  Society of Tanzania and The leadership Book "Uongozi Wangu" written by former SSPRA chairperson Mr. Makula Ndege.

 Center is the chairman of SSPRA electoral committee Mr. Mfungo Julius, right is Vice chairman Mr Mushi and left is the general secretary for the committee Ms. Ndeketela Prisca as given power by SSPRA constitution to lead and conduct SSPRA election in the given time.

 The vice chairperson of the electoral committee Mr Emmanuel Mushi, in vote to the committee and by power given upon by the constitution of SSPRA, dissolving the 2014/2015 executive committee of SSPRA on 25th-04-2015 at Mwanjonde lecture theatre B4.

SEMINAR ON PR TRENDS IN TANZANIA




 Mr Joseph Malinzi, a Public Relations Manager of Mwanza City leading a seminar to Public Relations students under SSPRA. The seminar was about Public Relations Trends, Opportunities and Challenges facing the profession. It was held on Feb 28 2015 at Mwanjonde Lecture Hall St Augustine University of Tanzania. The seminar fully equipped Public Relations students with knowledge about trends facing the profession and challenges, but also opportunities in the profession with how to use these opportunities for the betterment of the society through serving it.


Mr Makula Ndege, SSPRA chairperson giving out his views about the trends, challenges and opportunities facing the PR profession in the seminar. While other participants listen critically to the views being aired out.
